Danny Stricker has over 15 years experience in senior living and post-acute care, which began in 2008 when he started his career as a nursing home administrator after graduating college. His experience spans operating 50+ diverse senior living communities across 11 States and the District of Columbia, leading financial turnarounds, driving new senior living development, leading and operationalizing complex merger and acquisitions, scaling market leading quality and memory care programs, and continuous leadership development of high performing teams.




After joining Green Street in 2011 as a partner and co-investor, Kevin sharpened his focus on their development of St. Louis’s urban core. With more than 25 years in real estate development, along with 5 of those working for large national development companies, he leverages his background in both construction and real estate to cultivate the most impactful projects.




Luke spent more than fifteen years in public accounting at a top ten national firm with a heavy emphasis on assisting real estate developers, operators and investors. His experience includes structuring complex real estate transactions, tax credit consulting including New Markets (NMTC) and Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Opportunity Zone Consulting and supporting capital markets transactions into complicated real estate deals.




James joins Green Street as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. James spent more than 15 years with a St. Louis law firm specializing in real estate and finance. He served on the firm’s executive committee and as chair of the banking & finance practice group. Immediately prior to joining Green Street, James worked with a Stifel Financial Corp. (SF) as deputy general counsel.

During his time in private practice and as in-house counsel, James counseled developers, lenders, operators, and investors in all aspects of real estate and finance. His experience includes structuring and closing various projects utilizing public financing, including use of New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing, and Tax Abatement.




As Chief Marketing Officer for Green Street, Liz plays a number of roles. She leads Green Street’s marketing efforts, making sure both the projects and organization as a whole are receiving abundant and positive promotion and exposure. Liz also recruits and manages a multitude of investors for GreenStreet’s diverse portfolio of development projects. Using her brokerage background, Liz managesGreen Street’s relationships with outside brokers and leads the charge in recruiting retail tenants to many of our mixed-use developments, including CHROMA, located within The Grove. Liz offers her professional advice and expertise as Green Street routinely negotiates opportunities and challenges with their unique and multifaceted development projects.




Rodney brings more than 10 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and leadership development. He has demonstrated the ability to effectively partner with business leaders to strategically transform the workplace with an employee-first mentality. As a former coach and educator, he has a proven track record and passion for mentoring, growing and developing those around him.Before joining Green Street, Rodney worked in a variety of HR roles primarily in the healthcare space. He looks to bring his experiences in talent acquisition, employee relations, cultural transformation, learning and development as well as diversity, equity and inclusion to help the continued growth of Green Street. Prior to changing career paths, Rodney was a high school teacher who coached multiple sports. He carries and utilizes many of the principles from that background to help others reach their full potential. The competitive nature and team building skills that come from coaching are shown in Rodney’s day to day work. As Green Street and its affiliates continue to grow, this team mentality will be key to the firm’s journey and cultural transformation.
