Chief Experience Officer

Raised in Southwest Missouri, Eric holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Pittsburg State University. Starting in Behavioral Health, he transitioned to Senior Living in Kansas City. With seven years in Senior Living across three states, including five in operations, his passion lies in enhancing residents' lives and cultivating leadership for positive industry change. Beyond work, he relishes golf, lake outings, and travel. Grateful for this community, Eric eagerly anticipates the journey ahead - serving residents and ensuring quality care.
