With 13 years of experience in senior living, Calli Cantrell began her journey as a CNA and progressed through various roles, including assisted living manager, memory care director, assistant administrator, and ultimately, an Executive Director. Holding a bachelor's degree in social work and currently pursuing an MBA, she is deeply passionate about serving the older adult population and finds joy in collaborating with individuals within a team setting. As the Chief Experience Officer at Chapters Senior Living of Bartlett, she continues to dedicate herself to enhancing the lives of seniors.
